La casa tiene posibilidades, pero hay que invertir, sobre todo si la alquilas en invierno.Es una casa muy fría con una estufa de pellets en el salón, junto con una chimenea de leña que no da para calentar la casa. Hay estufas en todas las habitaciones que no calientan nada, y si además enchufas el lavavajillas y el extractor la luz salta. Hay que salir fuera de la parcela a un cuadro eléctrico situado en un camino a rearmar la luz. La instalación eléctrica es viejísima y habría que cambiarla, enchufes que no van, luces que no van... Tuvo que venir un electricista a mirarnos la luz porque el diferencial no paraba de saltar. Enchufes en el marco de la ventana de la cocina, conexión de la tele a un enchufe con papel de aluminio, cables arreglados mediante cinta de electricista...Agua caliente de butano, que se apagó, y nos quedamos sin agua caliente toda una tarde hasta que el propietario nos respondió como entrar a la habitación de la caldera y enchufarla a la mañana siguiente. Muchas moscas muertas detrás de los sofás y debajo de las camas (serían del verano....), miles de indicaciones escritas por toda la casa.Tienes que llevar tú sábanas y toallas, las mantas te las deja el dueño.La ducha del baño pequeño se sale agua por la mampara, por eso hay una fregona al lado con una etiqueta que dice que sólo la uses en el WC, además de un enchufe dentro de la ducha que está tapado de mala manera.Es una pena porque tiene zona de barbacoa, piscina, columpios, una amplia terraza ex ##### Roberto D.
