Rugby District Holidays

We enjoyed our stay at Brandon Hall Hotel and Spa. On the first day, our room was quiet and comfortable, and the hotel staff we met were all pleasant and very helpful. The spa facilities were good, with the pool, sauna and steam room adding to the enjoyment, though the lockers could use attention. The second day was less relaxing, as a large event caused corridor noise late into the evening. Our pool visit was also disappointing due to disruptive behaviour from leisure members, which the staff member on duty did not manage. This let down the otherwise excellent team. We would re‑visit the hotel, but hope by then it will have had that extra push to improve the overall ambiance of the property, freshening up neglected areas. Also, the leisure facilities need better management and attention, particularly the lockers, so hotel guests can enjoy them properly. Next time, we would check ahead to ensure no major events are scheduled during our stay.

Kind and helpful staff. Made to feel very welcome by the staff when we arrived. Room had all of the amenities needed however there were a number of stain marks on the wall and holes from previous decorations (I assume). Although not aesthetic, these did not affect our stay and would stay here again.

Had a great stay in the heart of Birmingham. Key collection was easy - from a local shop and car parking was secure on site. The apartment was modern and clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of places to visit and restaurants all in walking distance.
