The 70 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, television, washing machine and air conditioning. The house offers a private outdoor area with a furnished open terrace, balcony, barbecue and outdoor kitchen. It is located 800 m above sea level. There is a bar-restaurant in the village, and Castell de Ferro with its beaches can be reached in 20 minutes. There is also a good restaurant in the Haza del Lino mountains, accessible in 15 minutes. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. The house is on one floor, but has different levels, with an internal staircase and five large steps to access the entrance. Very relaxing atmosphere, with zero tourist surroundings. The large, cosy terrace, partly open and partly covered to protect from the sun, and with a wonderful view. The distant sounds from goats and sheep, being shepherded.
