Townhouse located a 20-minute walk from downtown Royan and the main beach

  • Townhouse of 40m2 located in a quiet cul-de-sac with its exterior facing South-East which is located close to the city centre and all its amenities.
    The famous seafront of Royan and its beaches are 1km400 away.
    Easily accessible because it is close to the train station.
    The ground floor is a living space integrating the kitchen open to the living room.
    The kitchen and its equipment will make it easy for you to prepare meals (4-burner hob, combined microwave/grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster)
    The two attic bedrooms which bring a cosy touch are upstairs and are each served by a staircase. Velux windows with blackout curtain in each of the bedrooms.
    The bedding in the two bedrooms (140*190 AND 140*200) as well as the furniture in the accommodation are new.
    Baby equipment is at your disposal such as a cot, a potty, a bathtub adapter and a booster seat for meals.
    An electric plancha is available to cook grilled meats in the outdoor area. Please clean it after each use.
