  • Charming 30m2 renovated 2-room apartment 200m from the beach, ground floor of a small residence in a quiet residential area. Closed bedroom, living room with comfortable sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, desk area, TV, shower, separate toilet, pleasant terrace overlooking the residence's garden. Close to shops (daily market, bakery, delicatessen, pharmacy, etc.), Royan's wooded park and tennis courts nearby. All of Royan's events are accessible without a car (Violin on the Sand, fireworks, Christmas market, etc.). Ideal for stays just steps from the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, filter coffee machine and Tassimo machine. The bedroom is very cosy with a double bed (140 cm). Optional extras: bed linen (€15) and end-of-stay cleaning (€35) PGJyPg Bathroom with shower, hairdryer. PGJyPg No parking in the residence, but free and easy parking in the adjacent streets.
