### Spacious T3 Apartment with Sunny Terrace and Parking

This vacation rental will charm you with its fantastic location, overlooking the beach and offering breathtaking views of Chay Beach and the ocean. It's very bright and features a sunny, sheltered terrace.  
You can drop off your suitcases through an entrance leading to a spacious, bright 22m² living room opening onto the southwest-facing terrace. A sofa bed for two people will be available for the younger guests. For cooking enthusiasts, you'll be delighted, as this independent space offers all the utensils and appliances for good cooking, and the latter has direct access to the terrace. There are two bedrooms and two en-suite bathrooms, each with double beds, a separate toilet, and a private parking space.  
All located in an extraordinary location within the Fort du Chay Residence. The price advertised on this website is not binding. For reservation requests, please refer to \[hidden\] or contact me at \[hidden\].  
As part of this rental, you can subscribe to numerous services:  
Linen rental (sheets + towels + bath mat + tea towels): €20 per person per stay.
