An ideal location for this studio! At the end of the afternoon, all you have to do is cross the road to put your towel on the fine sand of the Grande Conche Beach. What could be better for a vacation with your feet in the water!

It is composed of an entrance hall, a main room with a wardrobe with 1 retractable bed in 140cm and a flat screen TV, a kitchenette equipped with 2 ceramic hob, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and a table top refrigerator...

The just-renovated bathroom features a walk-in shower and toilet.

Enjoy the open view on the Royan Park area from the living room.

Parking is free on the street. If you come with your bikes or decide to rent some, a common bicycle room is available within the residence.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
