Bien que situé dans une zone urbaine, c'est le calme absolu tant à l'intérieur que dans le patio privatif. Nous avons visiter les alentours en partie à vélo et le seul petit bémol c'est le manque de voie cyclable pour relier le logement aux principaux itinéraires vélos.La ville de Royan a des efforts à faire en dehors du front de mer. Le logement est à 15 min à pied du centre de Royan et de la plage et du centre Royan2 avec un supermarché. Il est également à 15 min en voiture du centre de cure de Saujon. Merci pour l'accueil très efficace, pour la propreté de ce logement et pour les équipements de grande qualité.
