A garden in the heart of the town! It can accommodate up to 13 people. Approximately 200 m² of living space. Comprising: Ground floor: a large entrance hall facing the town (with space for bicycles, strollers, etc.), a large two-car garage measuring 1.92 m high x 3.50 m wide x 2.50 m deep. First floor: GARDEN SIDE To the north, an office/library, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, range hood, and a two-burner gas stove; a living room with a dining area, a large table and chairs; 1950s furniture; a south-facing garden with a large terrace, garden furniture with an awning, sun loungers, and a separate WC. 2nd floor: three bedrooms, a separate toilet, a bathroom, and two toilets. The sleeping arrangements are as follows: on the north side, a dormitory-style bedroom with three single beds and a cot, storage, and an adjoining bathroom; a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), storage, and a toilet; and a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), storage, and a toilet, overlooking the garden. 3rd floor: One bedroom on the north side with two single beds (90 cm x 2 cm) and storage. An apartment on the top floor is available for rent at an additional cost. It comprises an entrance hall, a living room with an open-plan kitchen equipped with a mini-fridge, a two-burner electric hob, a microwave, and small appliances; a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm); and a shower room. The property is located less than 300 meters from Foncillon Beach, the Palais des Congrès (Convention Center), and the Royan marina, and 500 meters from Royan town center.
