Magnificent, newly renovated studio apartment in a residence overlooking the ocean and Pontaillac beach.  
Comprising a living room/bedroom with a large sea-view terrace, a well-equipped kitchen area with storage, a shower room with sink, heated towel rail, toilet, and closet.

The apartment is located in a quiet, south-facing residence close to the market, Royan's shops, and beaches.  
  
As part of this rental, you can subscribe to numerous services:  
Linen rental (sheets + towels + bath mat + tea towels): €20 per person per stay.  
Baby crib and high chair rental (delivered directly to the accommodation): €20 per stay. Cleaning fee: €65 (property from 20 to 50 m²), €96 (property from 50 to 80 m²), €120 (property from 80 to 120 m²), and €150 (property from 120 m² and above).
