Completely restored, comfortable, away from the road, you can fully enjoy the Royannese sweetness thanks to its completely enclosed courtyard. On the ground floor: a living room with an equipped kitchen area (fridge-freezer, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine). A sitting area with TV, DVD player, CD radio, board games. A bathroom and separate WC. Upstairs two bedrooms. 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed. 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds + sink, wardrobe and storage. The resort of pontaillac was a few mins walk with great restos, boulangers etc. The dogs loved the beach. Sadly today they can no longer use the beach until october. Really close to the beautiful Pontailac beach with lots of restaurants to choose from. A very quiet locatation. We and our teenage boys really enjoyed our stay although booking a wi-fi hub for the week helped a lot! Our boys really enjoyed surfing which is very popular (and safe) on this beach. Le charme de la maison , son calme et emplacement idéal nous ont à nouveau ravi. Rien ne manque pour un séjour parfait.
