API DAYS agency is pleased to present this apartment in a holiday residence: Le Fort du Chay.  
  
It comprises an entrance hall leading to a living/dining room with an equipped kitchen area and ample storage cupboards for your groceries. A dining area and a living room with a sofa bed and television open onto a terrace with pleasant views of the ocean and the Garden Tennis court.  
  
A bedroom with two single beds and wardrobes opens onto another terrace. There is also a bathroom with a sink, storage, a washing machine, a shower, and a toilet.  
  
Two terraces, one with sea views, are furnished with garden furniture and an awning.  
  
Private parking is included.  
  
This is a non-smoking apartment.  
  
Pets are not allowed.
