Par contre il est indispensable de signaler dans l'annonce que cette location ne convient pas pour des personnes en situation d'handicap en raison des difficultés d'accès au logement (Situé sur le côté de la location avec un chemin caillouteux et trois marches) et, à l'intérieur du logement, de la mezzanine pouvant s'avérer délicate (Une seule rambarde et raide).
