Equipement correct mais vieillot (cuisinière à gaz par exemple), pas d'internet. La description est fidèle à la réalité. La voiture reste indispensable même si tout n'est pas loin (plages 1,5 km, marché 1km, centre Royan/bord de mer 1,5 kms). Une boulangerie à 400 m et un centre commercial à 1 km.
