Location très confortable, idéalement située à l'orée d'un parc, dans un environnement très calme, à proximité d'une belle plage accessible à pied en moins de 10 min. Je recommande cet appartement, très bien équipé, literie neuve et confortable. Les repas peuvent être pris sur le balcon, face au parc boisé. Immeuble très bien insonorisé Ascenseur et parking très appréciables. Petit centre commercial à proximité.(boulangerie, pharmacie, marché) Présence d'un gardien dans l'immeuble, très accueillant également. Celui-ci est dans un quartier arboré, calme comprenant un marché ouvert tous les jours de l'été.
