Maison bien adaptée à une famille. Très bien équipée, pour cuisiner et pour les loisirs. Petit bémol pour les chambres du rez de chaussée qui manquent d’aération. Petit détail il faut juste un peu de vinaigre blanc pour nettoyer les parois de douche couvertes de calcaire .Bien située au calme mais à 15 mn à pied des plages, du port et des commerces de Royan .

Location pas propre, après 8h de voyage nous avons dû faire le ménage ( alors que nous avions payés 193 euros de prestations ménage) idem pretstations draps et seviettes ( nous avons dormis sur nos serviettes de plages...) car pas de draps ni serviettes... appel a abritel et novasol sans aides vacances gachees apres avoir regles 3500 euros hontzux
