I thought this place had a bunch of good reviews but I'm not really sure where they came from. Normally I just write good reviews when places outperform but this place is not somewhere I'd put my worst enemy.
The room was fine, with a kitchen and living area but it was just one of the most dangerous neighborhoods I've seen, with guys smoking whatever right next door to the front door. The check-in/check-out process was poor, to say the least, and they tried to get me to buy a damage deposit waiver, which I've never heard of for a hotel. And then there were small things, like the toilet seat needs to be replaced. The floors weren't that clean, You open a closet and there's all kinds of junk in it. all in all it was just a very weird experience. I would not recommend.

The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. We had an issue with a cancellation and they were very helpful in resolving the issue. The casino next door was a bonus. The hotel had a lovely fragrance.

The location was really fantastic - very convenient to restaurants and convention center, and it's right along the main strip for the college students.

We loved our stay here! The space was beautiful, it was super clean, and we had everything we needed. It was right off the main street too on a cute brick road. We wish we could've had more time to stay there. Tracy ran the bnb and also made us breakfast in the morning.
We would 100% stay there again if we return to Columbus.
