Location is the highlight of this tiny home! Whether you're visiting Lake Ouachita, Lake Hamilton, come to play at Oaklawn or take a mineral bath...this is the perfect place. This cozy home is surrounded by 2.4 acres of nature with modern conveniences a mile away. There is also a 70-80ft gravel pad for parking marine vessels. After spending a day on the lake you can enjoy fajitas and margaritas (Casa Royal), hamburger and fries (Patty's Down the Road), or BBQ (BK Butts) all within 1.5 miles. Also near: Dollar General, Family Dollar, Dollar Tree, 2 gas stations.

No sign or marker on gravel road to turn off the main road. Only a mini fridge. Response from owner was no response. Did not receive door code from Vrbo or owner. Got there and then had to contact Vrbo and wait on the line for a long time then Vrbo person was inexperienced
