Welcome to our romantic, adults-only resort in Royal. We're centrally located - just 2 minutes outside of Hot Springs, 15 minutes from downtown, and just minutesfrom Lake Ouachita. Our cozy retreat offers a comfortable queen bed in the bedroom, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a charming living room with a queen sofa bed for additional comfort. Each home is stocked with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay (just bring your flipflops, bathing suits, favorite lidded cup, food and drinks!). We provide high-quality shampoo, conditioner (not the cheap stuff), all the essentials, pool towels, linens, sunscreen, and cozy robes. The only thing we can’t do is dry your swimsuits!

During your stay, unwind by the pool or in the hot tub, surrounded by the soothing sounds of waterfalls. For a unique experience, indulge in a shower under the stars or gather around the fire pit, immersing yourself in the tranquil sounds of nature. Pool is NOT heated.


To cater to your culinary desires, we provide a community kitchen equipped with a Blackstone grill, Blackstone pizza oven that can be used to bake other items, and a gas grill, perfect for preparing delicious meals at your leisure.

A quick note on the vibe: Blue Lotus Escape is intentionally designed for adults. The atmosphere leans romantic, relaxing, and a little playful—think boutique getaway, not traditional family lodging. Décor and amenities reflect that tone while remaining tasteful and non-explicit.
