This hotel exceeded our expectations! Clean comfy-friendly! nice breakfast!

Great resort. Beautiful beach. Great restaurant. Close to 5th Ave South

The property is beautiful, the swimming pools are perfect for kids, especially the lazy river, the private island is accessible for free and you need to book it via phone in advance. (The day before). The rooms we got (villa) was outdated and the kitchen was not clean, lock for the patio was broken in the master bedroom. Beds were clean. We didn’t try the bar/restaurant.

This was our second trip to Margaritaville. We like this time that the pool was open later and the complimentary beach chairs. Also hearing some Jimmy Buffet, which we didn’t hear last time. They offered a wide variety of drinks and great entertainment. My only complaint is being charged a $5 up charge for wanting a hot dog because it was only available on the kids menu. We would definitely stay again.

Everything about this place was excellent, except the check in process. We received several text messages/emails prior to our stay about how we would receive check in information 30 minutes prior to check in time but it never came and then we had to start making calls and finally got in after about an hour. There is a disconnect there that was confirmed by the individual who finally got us the instructions. That being said, the space was wonderful and had everything we needed including laundry/dishwasher soap which is the last thing you want to have to purchase on vacation. The pool was amazing and heated (as promised). We had the pool to ourselves daily because most folks living at the Landing are off working so it was quiet and serene. Honestly, the pool was like new. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and they even allowed us a late checkout. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
