Our 6 night stay on Beachcomber Island was perfect. Lovely beach front Bure and fantastic weather. The upgraded facilities and new pool are excellent. I called this our sand Island. Dining breakfast and lunch buffets undercover from hot sun is on sand however there is a new open deck under umbrellas and perfect for dinner under the stars. All the food was nice with different choices.
Everyday day trippers come and they have a full itinerary to fill the day. Lots to do for everyone snorkeling Cloud 9 Kokoda demonstrations turtle viewing on the island
Or relaxing under umbrellas on a sun lounge.
Friendly staff who make you welcome.
There is still construction going on however it didn’t bother us. The free wifi is very good

Great place, but old and dated. The golf course across the street is completely rundown and overgrown. I wouldn’t stay here again. I feel sorry for the amazing staff who are awesome.
