This was our second year at the British Colonial and we will return again next year. Wonderfully remodeled a few years ago and impeccably maintained. The pool and beach area are superb. Many lounge chairs and patio umbrellas dot the pool and beach areas. The hotel rooms have all the modern conveniences and a feeling of old world charm and style.
All the staff are friendly, helpful and seem to truly enjoy their jobs. There are a couple staff members that I would like to point out. Charles and Petra cover the beach and pool area. They make every guest feel special. The front desk attendants are all excellent, but our favorite is Selvinique. Her outgoing personality is infectious and she makes sure all guests feel welcome and appreciated.
