In a Berry village with a restaurant and bakery, come and recharge your batteries in peace and quiet, 10 minutes from the Château de Valençay, 30 minutes from Beauval Zoo, and 45 minutes from George Sand's House.  
  
On the edge of the village and on a dead-end road, this house features a private, unheated above-ground pool (6.40 x 2.10 meters) open from May to September, and a private outdoor jacuzzi open from May to September.  
  
Events can be hosted at the cottage. The ground floor of the house includes: entrance hall, laundry room/cloakroom/toilet, separate equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and bathroom, and a bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm, which can be joined to form a double bed (180x190 cm).  
  
1,500 m² unfenced garden and private parking in front of the cottage. Terrace with dining and lounge area.  
Private swimming pool and jacuzzi.  
  
Air-to-water heat pump heating included in the rate.  
Bed linens, towels, and cleaning included in the rate.  
Supplement per pet: €6 per day.  
The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linens and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating, and electricity with reasonable consumption. If the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts).  
  
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
