### Relax at the Mill: Pool, Jacuzzi, Pets Welcome

In a Berry village, with restaurant and bakery, come and recharge your batteries in peace and serenity, 10 minutes from the Château de Valençay, 30 minutes from the Beauval Zoo and 45 minutes from the House of George Sand.  
  
At the exit of the village and on a dead end road, house with private unheated above-ground swimming pool (6.40 x 2.10 meters) open from May to September and a private outdoor jacuzzi open from May to September  
  
Possibility of events at the gîte. . House with on the ground floor: entrance - laundry room / cloakroom / wc - independent fitted kitchen - dining room - living room - bedroom with private bathroom - Bedroom with a single bed.  
  
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms including a family suite - landing - shower room / wc.  
  
Unfenced garden of 1500 m² and private parking in front of the gîte.  
Terrace with dining area and lounge area.  
Private swimming pool and jacuzzi  
  
Heating by air/water heat pump included in the price.  
Bed linen, bathroom linen and cleaning included in the price.  
Supplement per animal at 6 euros per day   
The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash cans), heating and electricity with reasonable and reasonable consumption - if the gîte's heating is electric you have 15 Kwh per day (the excess will have to be paid on site to the hosts)
