The location is so good it makes up for some of the less impressive aspects of the room I stayed in. Such a short walk to the base area of the resort and a quick drive into the National Park! My room had cobwebs in the corners and the cabinets didn’t close. The grating on the fireplace was falling off, the bathroom sink took about 5 minutes to drain after each use, and one of the windows would jam and not lock. I didn’t spend much time in the room so I didn’t really care it was a little rough around the edges.

The staff were not helpful and seems very inconvenienced to help. There was always a line at the front desk and the restaurant had terrible service. The bar was always slow and we even had to go find out waitress to get coffee and pay our bill.
For the amount of money you pay for the hotel, the service is not worth it.
