We had a real crush when discovering this Villa in 2013 ... We named it ANDRALIE which is the contraction of the beginning of André and the end of Nathalie, our first names to my husband and me! Since then, we have furnished, redecorated, installed a very large modern kitchen hyper equipped, furnished a very large terrace area (more than 160 m2!), added a petanque court with its shadow location under an Indonesian Gazebo, swings, redone the alley, changed the gate, built a pool house on the main terrace (facing the view and the pool), etc. ... and we like it even more today!   
And you, would that tell you to come and discover all the serenity and peace that emanate from this place ??  
  
This single storey villa was built in a Provencal style architecture with contemporary charm and modern decoration! The result of mixing these 3 styles is quite successful!  
  
Free Internet access via WIFI - TV - HiFi.  
  
You will find this pretty villa in ROUSSON, in the Gard department, at the gateway to the Cévennes.  
Due to its location, it benefits from the Provençal climate where the sun is king and color of the sky azure blue.  
  
The property, surrounded by greenery, is accessible by a very quiet street. It has an impeccably fenced garden (rigid fence in welded mesh panels, earth sealing) and sporting 2.917 m², a pool heated by the sun, pool house overlooking the garden and pool where to take all its meals at the shade, a petanque ground with its shadow in the form of an Indonesian Gazebo, swings and terraces up to 160 sqm.  
  
This farmhouse can accommodate up to 8 people which will be divided into 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms + 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 single beds).  
  
All shops nearby (5 min by car): supermarket 1.5 km, great bakery / pastry 4 km, hypermarkets 5 km, etc.  
  
As nice and welcoming as clear and sunny, this villa with its private 8 x 4 m shaped private pool will seduce you with its calm, its view, the tranquility of its neighborhood and the proximity of its shops.  
  
Once you are rested, its location will offer a large potential for tourism, sports or relaxation between adults and / or with your children.  
  
What's more gay for your children and for yourself to live a holiday with family or friends! The number of beds allows you to organize your stay during which your children will share their games with their cousins ​​or friends, while you will have a good time with their parents!  
  
Baby equipment:  
For your little ones, a baby equipment (cot with mobile, small bath, high chair with reducer, adapted spoons, plastic dishes, ...) and a toilet reducer have been provided.  
  
Outdoor equipment:  
The tiled terraces overlook the pool of 8 x 4 m (1.50 m deep everywhere + a small wall that is all around the pool so that children can rest in the middle of their water games) and, as far as the eye can see, towards the countryside and the hills.  
Pool areas of 140 m2.  
Poolhouse of 20 m2.  
Indonesian gazebo of 16 m2.  
Square garden tables of 1,50m of side and chairs in the shadow of the concrete poolhouse design), concrete barbecue, swimming pool with security alarm (motion detector), garden furniture in the shade of another arbor under canisse and deck chairs complete the decor of this little paradise on earth!  
  
We provide 2 sets of 6 pétanque at your disposal to enjoy the bowling alley!  
  
The pool is maintained (water quality check and cleaning) for your arrival and the next w-e (for rentals per fortnight).  
  
Large garden fully fenced and closed by an electric gate.  
  
Parking 3 cars.  
  
 SMALL DOGS HIGHLY ACCEPTED under conditions:  
\* they do not go in the sleeping area or in the pool, of course;  
\* That their master eliminate the defections of their companions on 4 legs pebbles and petanque for their departure.

#### Perfect villa

We had a great time in Rousson. Apart from the weather, everything was perfect. Very nice kitchen, very good beds, everything well kept. Outside the pool was nice, the large garden with petanque, the great lawn chairs and the mancave which covered us against too much sun, but also against the rain. This villa is the perfect place to spend a few weeks in peace and quiet.

#### Villa with pool of the highest standard

We have been renting villas for 20 years, this was the best by far in terms of quality and value for money. Great peaceful location and only 5 minute drive to Ales with excellent shops and restaurants, I even had an “Elvis” steak at the American themed diner! Many places within an hour including wonderful Uzes, Nimes, Avignon, Pont Du Gard etc Communication both before rental and during with the English speaking Belgian owners was superb. Anybody that has a dog, this is the place, very large completely fenced garden made it perfect and very safe, the local restaurants were very accommodating and always made sure our dog had a bowl of water before I had a fine glass of wine! Excellent in every respect and highly recommended, thank you Nathalie.

#### Villa met alles wat nodig is voor een ontspannende vakantie

We hebben genoten van de rust en privacy in deze mooi ingerichte villa waar werkelijk alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig is. Modern en proper, voldoende plaats buiten om in of uit de zon te blijven, prachtige keuken. Onze viervoeter was ook heel gelukkig met de volledig afgesloten tuin. Ontspannende vakantie, jammer dat er niet echt een dorpskern is met een bakker, bar tabac,…Maar voldoende supermarkten fichtbij.

#### Für erholsame Genuss-Ferien

Wunderbares Haus, gut ausgestattet in ruhiger Lage. Ideal für erholsame Ferien. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, ans Meer, Avignon etc. etwas abgelegen. Absolut zu empfehlen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

#### Formidable séjour !

Nous avons séjourné dans la propriété de Nathalie et André au milieu du mois de septembre 2021\. Ce fut une semaine formidable. La communication avec Nathalie a été excellente lors de notre réservation et jusqu'à notre départ. La description faite dans l'annonce est en tous points fidèle aux prestations que nous avons trouvées sur le site. Cette propriété bénéficie d'un bel environnement car elle est cernée par la végétation: la vue est donc très belle et l'intimité garantie sans vis-à-vis. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté des lieux et le niveau de confort de la maison. Le boulodrome et son Gazebo sont un atout supplémentaire dont nous avons bien profité. Nous devons ajouté que notre chien Duman a également adoré les lieux. Nous pourrions détailler sur plusieurs pages tous les petits bonheurs que nous avons ressentis à Rousson... En bref, c'était parfait. Merci pour votre accueil et la belle semaine ensoleillée passée chez vous ! Sandrine et Vivien

#### Super vacances !

Nous avons passé de super vacances dans cette maison. Un belle piscine, une maison propre, fonctionnelle, bien équipée et un terrain de pétanque …. L’idéal pour des vacances reposantes en famille. Le plus : terrain entièrement clôturé pour notre petit chien. Nous conseillons.

#### Séjour reposant dans une villa parfaitement entretenue

Jolie villa parfaitement entretenue et décorée avec soins par les propriétaires. Idéal pour de reposantes vacances en famille. Tout le confort y est prévu (cuisine super équipée avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires) et surtout d’une propreté impeccable! Merci à Nathalie et André pour leur accueil.

#### PARFAIT

très belle grande villa moderne, très bien équipée située dans un hameau très calme et pourtant si proche de toutes les commodités, Alès à 5 mn et tous les commerces. Très grande disponibilité de Nathalie la propriétaire, LA PISCINE!!!! et le terrain de boule, sans oublier la terrasse pour les repas du soir rien à redire c'était PARFAIT.........

Propriétaire très prévenante. Maison toute équipée, propre y compris robot cuisine pour nous qui adorons cuisiner c était un vrai plaisir. Située à 15 min de la bambouseraie anduze . Médecin à 100m (mon petit malade bien pratique!)

#### Delightful villa in quiet location

"Andralie"" is a charming one level villa with every amenity. A new beautifully appointed kitchen was a delight to work in with large induction hob, & two fridge freezers - one an American style with water/ice dispenser. The rooms were beautifully furnished to a very high modern specification The garden area was large with a delightful patio & pool with a scenic country view, comfortable sun loungers & generous shade for very hot days! The owners were exceptionally helpful with recommendations, including vineyards to visit & even which wine to purchase! The Terroirs restaurant in Uzes was excellent but gets busy market days Wednesday which is the food market & Saturday for a bigger general market. Gordes, Arles & The Rhone wine trail - all worth a visit. We highly rate this property having visited many properties in France.

#### Excellent Find!

A extremely well equipped and decorated villa. A lovely new kitchen with all the mod cons provided - plenty of cutlery and crockery. All the utensils and food storage were in abundance. the outdoor space was huge - plenty of places for sun or shade. We loved the boule court a welcome attraction and very rarely seen. Great location never far from a supermarket or boulangerie. Pictures and description do indeed do justice to this villa. The owner was extremely helpful and even sorted bike hire for us - many thanks!

#### Vacances parfaites

Séjour parfait dans ce havre de paix! Villa belle et pratique, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur! Les propriétaires (super sympas et dispos) ont pensé à tout pour faire des vacances de leurs locataires un moment inoubliable! De plus, et très important, nous y avons séjourné avec un bébé...et là aussi, pour lui, tout y est prévu (bain, lit de voyage, chaise haute, table à langer...)....côté pratique non négligeable de faire le trajet sans ce matériel TRES encombrant....Bref génial, à refaire sans aucune hésitation. #### Un séjour fantastique !

La Villa est superbe, aussi bien à l'intérieur où tout est moderne et de goût, qu'à l'extérieur avec la terrasse, la piscine et le grand jardin ! L'endroit est idéalement situé pour toutes les activités à faire aux alentours. Quartier très calme et à la fois proche d'Alès, ce qui reste très pratique ! Les propriétaires se sont montrés très disponibles et aimables. Bref, nous recommandons vivement ! Mathieu.

#### vacances parfaites!

Villa d 'exception! Tout est parfait ! Très beau, moderne, chaque pièce est bien pensée et décorée avec goût. L 'extérieur est splendide. La piscine est bien grande. Le revêtement de tous les sols sont adéquats pour éviter les glissades ! Bref, rapport qualité prix on ne peut plus juste! Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner un jour! Et si ça pouvait être demain...

#### Amazing place in a peaceful area

We had an amazing time in this place. It's a very very beautiful and clean house with a nice garden and swimming pool. The owners were very helpful in all our questions. The area is very quiet and the town of Ales is a 5 minute drive. We would recommennd this place to everyone who wants to enjoy the peace and sun!
