Million Dollar View! Ocean Front, 3 Bedroom Cottage, 15 Min. from St. John's

"We absolutely loved this spot! It was perfect for a family - we were here with our 3 grandchildren- they fished, they explored and they relaxed. The view was spectacular- we saw whales and dolphins from their deck on our first day! There were books, games, toys, yoga mats , weights - we used them all! We also fished for cod and bought local lobster - both were delicious! We also hiked the big hill ! Definitely would recommend to anyone - a magical spot!"

"The rooms were clean, it was nice having a microwave in the room. The hotel is quiet, at least it was for us on the 5th floor. Staff were very friendly. It was easy to check in after 12am. Made our trip to St John’s even better! Would recommend staying here. Thank you!"

The Beamer House - Large family friendly retreat with a spectacular views

"The property and home at Beamer house was great (10/10 for ocean views also!!!)It was the perfect place for gathering in the living room, family dinners in the dining room, sleep for 6-8 ppl and with 4 bathrooms it felt like luxury. Some surprise goodies were: the fire pit out back, the beautiful fairy woods in front, two “window” rooms I’ll call them upstairs and down- where you lounge on sofa and stare out into the forest/ocean abyss, fully stocked kitchen and enough dishware/cutlery for at least 10 ppl (probs more), the music room with the family piano and guitar, the serviceberry trees surrounding, and the rushing sound of the ocean tides can be heard from the back balcony.The host was very communicative throughout.We had a local private chef Stephanie O’Brien come cook us meals and the kitchen was perfect, and the chef appreciated the second smaller fridge - which could also be used for chilling wine, etc! Abundance World says a HUGE thank you, and will be back to Beamer House in Flatrock "

"This was our second stay at the Red House. It's a great base camp for exploring the beautiful Avalon Peninsula. We hiked many sections of the East Coast Trail and would end the day back at the comfortable and quiet house by the cove - looking out at all the ocean sights and sounds. We saw many whales on the trails and from the house. When we arrived, a big group was feeding right in front with lots of flipper and tail slapping and one memorable breach. This was before we had even had moved in! It's a beautiful little house with wonderful artwork and everything you might need. Sitting out on the deck at the edge of the world is quite an experience. We'd recommend it to everyone."

"There were so many little extras - milk/cream in the fridge for coffee, coffee, tea, snacks, bottled water plus soaps and toothbrushes. Everything you would need was covered. It was spotless. The location was great and in a quiet community. So much room to park. The space was very large. The beds were comfortable. It was a great value."
