"The Bed was terrible, mattress was hard as a rock. Wound up sleeping on couch. Slamming doors, Yelling and screaming in rooms across the hall at 2 am. Hall carpet is buckled causing a fall risk. This location use to be a go to spot when we visited Chicago. We will reconsider for our next stay."
