Coffe maker leaked and did not work. Waited two hours for replacement. Light fixture was broke but did work. Shower left water all over bathroom. Parking garage was confusing and charged $20. Resort fee was $37. Very disappointing.

Overall a pleasant one-night stay. The room was spacious and felt airy. It was mostly clean, though there were a few missed spots, cup-liquid stains/residue on the bathroom sink and nightstands. Nothing major, but worth a mention. I stayed on a Sunday night, so it was likely quieter and less busy than a typical weekend.
One thing to note: the hotel only offers valet parking. Staff suggested parking at Harrah’s instead since it’s free, but that turned out to be inaccurate, I ended up paying almost as much as I would have for valet. Would stay again, but plan ahead for parking.

A saving grace for our room was the dark decor and dim lighting. On the plus side the sheets and towels were clean. However we found the entry door frame badly damaged as if it had been kicked in. The bathroom vanity false drawer face came off in my hand as it had already been broken and simply set in place. No toiletries. No toilet room door. Overall it was underwhelming and overpriced.
