Lovely property in stunning location

I rented with my father and two friends to use as a base for the Le Mans classic (about 50min drive from the track). The property is lovely with a well appointed kitchen and comfortable living and bedroom spaces. The views are stunning and the location is incredibly peaceful with an abundance of birds and other wildlife - would make an ideal quiet getaway / retreat.

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr schönen Lage, man hatte einen herrlichen Blick von oben weit ins Land. Es ist sehr ruhig (nachts hört man Waldkauze; morgens kamen teilweise auch Rebhühner auf die Wiese vor dem Haus). Gute Ausgangslage für verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten in sehr schöner Landschaft. Im nahe gelegenen Sillé gibt es einen gut sortierten Supermarkt, einen kleinen, aber sehr guten Metzger und mittwochs einen Markt (mit Bio-Gemüsestand). Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Küche, Bäder (und auch alles übrige) gut eingerichtet. Allerdings hatten wir während der zwei Wochen ca. eine Woche lang schlechtes Wetter (mit Regen, 10 in der Nacht und teilweise heftigem Wind), wodurch es in dem sehr alten Haus rasch kühl wurde; die Heizungen in jedem Raum funktionierten jedoch gut.

Nous y étions du 4 au 6 avril dernier. Tout a été parfait. Que dire sinon que ce lieux est extraordinaire, que l'accueil est chaleureux, que la propriétaire fait tout pour que nous nous sentions bien dans sa magnifique demeure. Nous avons passé un beau Noël en famille dans la charmante maison de Xenia. La maison est très bien équipé et très jolie on se sentirai presque dans un petit château.

Belle maison confortable avec jolie vue

Nous avons passé un tres bon sejour dans cette jolie maison en plein hiver. La maison est grande et confortable, adaptée pour les 2 familles avec jeunes enfants que nous étions. La literie et les pièces d'eau sont particulièrement confortables. La vue sur la campagne est très belle et il est très simple de partir en balade à partir de la maison. La maison est aussi très bien équipée pour les enfants en bas-âge (lit, baignoire, jouets...), ce qui est appréciable pour les familles.
