Ideal for two people, it consists of a functional bathroom equipped with a bathtub, toilet, and sink, as well as a practical kitchen with a stovetop, kettle, and refrigerator. The living room has a double fold-out bed, perfect for restful nights, as well as a cozy dining area. Compact but well laid out, this studio offers a simple and pleasant setting for a peaceful stay. Bed linen and towels are provided in the accommodation for your comfort. Although the accommodation does not have private parking, the Prefecture district offers plenty of parking options in the surrounding streets, at the rates in force in Rouen. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation and respecting the premises and the neighborhood. Dommage qu’il n’y pas de lit à la place du canapé. Compliqué pour dormir lorsqu’on est grand. Pas de micro-ondes, ce qui serait bien pratique pour les petits séjours et surtout pour un petit studio comme celui-ci. Pas d’hotte aspirante ce qui peut rapidement déclencher l’alarme incendie lorsqu’on cuisine. Globalement, plutôt satisfait du séjour au vu d’autres logements pas ouf à Rouen. ##### Yannick B.
