    Welcome to Shelter 2, a peaceful and comfortable 17 m² studio apartment, ideal for a relaxing getaway in Rouen, just steps from the train station. Located on Rue du Champ des Oiseaux, in a charming neighborhood with a late 19th/early 20th-century feel, this ground-floor apartment offers a calm and convenient setting for a truly serene stay. From the apartment, you can reach Rouen train station on foot in just 7 minutes, while the historic center and its picturesque streets are about a 15-minute walk away.

    The neighborhood has all the necessary amenities within easy reach: Carrefour City supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, and greengrocer are all just 200 meters from the apartment. Perfect for a carefree stay, whether for a few days of exploration, a business trip, or a getaway to Normandy.

    Inside, the studio has been designed as a simple and functional haven. You will enjoy a comfortable living area with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), ideal for peaceful nights. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals independently, thanks to the stovetop, refrigerator, and Nespresso coffee machine. The accommodation also includes a shower room with a toilet.

    For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided.

    The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
