We offer you this one-bedroom flat, located on the 4th floor of a secure residence, right next to the magnificent Jardin des Plantes. Le Solent offers you a trip to the seaside that combines practicality and comfort. Enjoy its pleasant, bright living room with sofa bed, coffee table, television and WIFI. The open-plan kitchen is fitted and equipped with everything you need to feel at home and enjoy a delicious meal: microwave, hob, extractor fan, storage space, basic equipment, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, etc... The bedroom promises peaceful moments with its 180x200 double bed, storage space and desk area. A cot and high chair are provided free of charge with this accommodation. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, hairdryer, heated towel rail and WC. There is also a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron. Ideal for a tourist or professional stay, this accommodation offers all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay in Rouen, with easy street parking and close proximity to public transport. Arrivals are via the ArchiDuchesse keymaster from 16:00 to 20:00 and departures must be no later than 11:00. It’s a great place to stay! The accommodation was very comfortable, and I didn’t feel any concern about safety. The location is convenient for transportation, and there’s a large supermarket within walking distance, which makes it suitable for long-term stays as well. When I arrived, there was no hot water and the heater wasn’t working, but it turned out the main valve for the water heater had just been turned off, so I was able to fix it myself.
