It opens onto a comfortable living space with ample storage, a sofa area, and a convertible coffee table that can be raised into a dining table. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140x200). The adjoining shower room includes a sink unit, towel warmer, and shower. The apartment offers fiber-optic internet and a smart TV with easy access to popular apps such as Canal+, Netflix, Deezer, and YouTube. For medium and long stays, guests have free access to a washing machine and dryer within the building. An iron and ironing board are available upon request. Bed linen and household linens are provided for your comfort. There is no private parking, but street parking is available nearby in accordance with city regulations. The accommodation is managed by ArchiDuchesse Concierge, available 7 days a week from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm. TEOR: The TEOR line, a high-level bus service, is also nearby.
