Its central location makes it the perfect base to explore the city and enjoy everything Rouen has to offer. Set in a secure building, this 27 m² apartment features a living area with an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a shower room with toilet. The main living space includes a comfortable sofa and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, ceramic cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all essential kitchen utensils. The separate bedroom offers a double bed (140 × 190 cm), a chest of drawers, and bedside tables, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay. The shower room, accessible from the living area, is equipped with a washbasin unit, towel rack, hairdryer, iron, shower, and toilet. The apartment benefits from high-speed fiber internet and a Smart TV, giving you easy access to your favorite apps such as Netflix, Deezer, Spotify, and YouTube. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. There is no private parking available, but public parking is possible in the surrounding streets, in accordance with the city’s parking regulations. The property is managed by Home Rouen, available 7 days a week from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
