On arrival, you'll be greeted by a spacious entrance hall leading to all the rooms in the flat. The fully-equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven) lets you prepare delicious meals, which you can enjoy in the bright, comfortable living room, while taking in the panoramic view of Rouen's left bank. If you prefer some fresh air, you can relax on the balcony and admire the view. The flat has 2 warm and welcoming bedrooms, perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring the wonders of Rouen. There is a modern shower room and a separate WC for your convenience. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is available in the flat. You'll also benefit from a private parking space in the basement of the building, for your convenience. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. Please note that a private parking space is included in the rental price. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. On a trouvé des chaussettes usagées, des miettes de gâteaux et autres saletés sous le canapé et des moumoute et des miettes dans tout les recoins, (nous marchons pieds nu) à 50€ la prestation ménage on s’attends à un appartement nickel et sommes un peu déçus 👌🏼 Sinon l’appart est très confortable et équipé comme il faut, à 2 pas des commerces on peut tout faire à pieds, de plus la voiture est en sécurité au garage !
