Rue du Renard combines a great location with a friendly atmosphere, making it a popular spot for residents and tourists alike. Rue du Renard is one of Rouen's major thoroughfares, located in the Pasteur district. It stretches for around 2,200 metres, linking rue Saint-Gervais to boulevard Jean-Jaurès, making it one of the longest streets in the city. The street is characterised by its picturesque architecture. In terms of public transport, rue du Renard is well served. The Mont-Riboudet and JB De La Salle bus stops are around 4 and 6 minutes' walk respectively, providing easy access to different parts of the city. Bus lines 15, 27, F7, F9, as well as tram line T1 and metro line MÉTRO, serve the area, providing convenient connectivity for residents and visitors. \## Transit The location of this flat benefits from excellent public transport links, making it easy to get around the city. You can do everything on foot. Alternatively, there are a number of bus stops nearby, such as Mont-Riboudet (4-minute walk) and JB De La Salle (6-minute walk). There are a number of bus routes serving these stops: / Route 15: links various districts of Rouen, providing a convenient link to the city centre and other key areas. / Route 27: Serves several points of interest, providing easy access to residential and commercial areas. / F7 line: A frequent line linking strategic areas of the city. / Line F9: Provides a fast connection to various districts. The METRO line is accessible from the stops mentioned above, offering a fast alternative for crossing the city. The T1 tramway line is also nearby, making it easy to get to key destinations. \## Notes Please note that the building does not have a lift and that the flat is located on the 2nd floor. Access may be difficult for people with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases. Arrivals are independent for greater flexibility. Arrivals are from 4pm and departures must be no later than 11am. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). In the house, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay. We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our vouchers with promotional codes for our partners of choice and the arrival instructions for your accommodation. La vérification du ménage de cet appartement n'a visiblement pas été faite avant l'arrivée des hôtes. Le seul aspect positif est la propreté des draps et serviettes de toilette. Un peu limite pr le prix demandé : ménage facturé à 80€. Qui plus est la communication avec certains membres de cette conciergerie a été parfois limite "on se fout de moi".
