Located on the 4th floor, this unique apartment comprises an entrance hall, a double living room, a separate fitted and equipped kitchen, a utility room, separate WCs, 4 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. Accessible by the residence's lift, the large living room offers a very pleasant living area with sofa, coffee table and dining table with seating. For your entertainment, enjoy the television, books and games. The separate kitchen is fully fitted and equipped for your enjoyment. You'll find a small high table with seating, a large fridge/freezer, hob, extractor fan, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crêpe party, raclette machine, dishwasher and all the kitchen essentials. The sleeping area offers all the rest you need away from the hustle and bustle of the living room/lounge, with 4 bedrooms, 3 with double beds (160x200) and one with two single beds (90x190) that can be joined or separated as required. Each bedroom has plenty of storage space and a work area for your privacy. Two bathrooms with heated towel rails, shower, washbasin (one with a double washbasin and the other with a WC) and mirrors will give you plenty of space to relax. In the utility room, you'll find a washing machine, ironing board, iron and clothes line. You'll appreciate the WIFI connection throughout the flat, the double-glazing that protects you from noise, the electric shutters and/or blinds for a cosy night's sleep, the unobstructed view and the protected parking space available free of charge in the residence. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. Please note that a private parking space is included in the rental price. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. Bus: Several bus routes pass near the Place du Vieux Marché. Lines such as the F2, F3, 6, and 7 can take you to various destinations in Rouen and the surrounding area. 2\. Metro: The Palais de Justice metro station is just a few minutes' walk from the Place du Vieux Marché. You can take line T1 or T2 from this station to other parts of the city. 3\. Tram: Although the tram does not run directly through the Place du Vieux Marché, you can easily walk to one of the nearest tram stations, such as ‘Palais de Justice’. \## Notes Please note that the building has a lift and that the flat is located on the second-to-last floor of the residence. Arrivals are physical via Maître des Clefs and are from 16:00\. Departures must be no later than 11:00 am. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). In the flat, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay. (not in the Square so online photo a bit misleading) Garage roomy and a t street level, directly beneath the building. Worth learning how keys and everything works when you arrive and are welcomed. The place was clean, spacious, and looked just like the photos. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped with a wide variety of dishes and utensils, which made cooking very convenient. The only minor challenge was the narrow entrance to the parking garage, making the initial parking a bit tricky. However, having a dedicated parking spot on the first floor was a huge advantage compared to other accommodations in Rouen. Plus, the location was fantastic – it was just a short walk to the city center. For international guests like us, the trash disposal system was a bit complex. Despite this, we always had great communication with the host, so any questions or issues were quickly resolved. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Rouen in the future. ##### 고운 정.
