The open-plan, modern and fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook independently, whether it's a quick breakfast or a quiet dinner after a day of exploring. It includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the necessary kitchen utensils. The separate bedroom has a cosy queen-size bed and practical storage space for a comfortable stay, even for several days. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, vanity unit, hairdryer and washing machine. The toilet is separate for added comfort. Ideally located and designed with your well-being in mind, this accommodation is a peaceful retreat in the heart of Rouen, surrounded by history, culture and French art de vivre. Bed linen and towels are provided in the accommodation for your comfort. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00. Several bus and TEOR (tramway sur pneus) lines pass nearby, allowing you to quickly reach all areas of the city, shopping centres and the banks of the Seine. You will also find self-service bike stations and taxi ranks in the immediate vicinity. Whether you are on foot, by public transport or by bike, everything has been designed to make it easy and efficient for you to get around from the accommodation. \## Notes Please note that the building does not have a lift and the apartment is located on the 3rd floor. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.).
