Whether you are traveling for business or leisure, you will enjoy this lovely apartment with private parking included. The apartment is filled with natural light and features a comfortable living area with a sofa, coffee table, and TV, open to a fully equipped kitchen. You will find everything you need to cook and enjoy your stay: oven, microwave, stovetop, fridge-freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all essential kitchen utensils. The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed with storage, and the bathroom includes a shower, vanity unit, and toilet. Thanks to its close proximity to public transport, you can easily reach the city center and explore the historical and cultural highlights of Rouen. Bed linens and towels are provided for your comfort. Private parking is available with the apartment. Please take care of the property, respect the space, and be considerate of the neighbors.
