Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, you’ll enjoy this comfortable apartment with included parking. The apartment is bathed in natural light and features a pleasant living area with a sofa, coffee table, and TV, open to a fully equipped kitchen. You’ll find everything you need to prepare your meals and make the most of your stay: oven, microwave, stove, fridge-freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and kitchen utensils. The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed with storage, and the bathroom includes a shower, vanity unit, and toilet. Thanks to its close proximity to public transport, you can easily reach the city center and explore Rouen’s rich historical and cultural heritage. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. Private parking is also available on-site. We kindly ask you to take care of the apartment and respect the property and neighbors. A secure bank authorization will be required to finalize your booking and receive the access codes. Would you like to extend your stay?
