"Styling of hotel was very good and location great especially if you are taking a cruise. Room was clean but shampoo and gel were empty and they could clean the towel bar and tissue holder. Other than that the staff was friendly and they did accommodate an early check-in for us."

"I booked a superior room and I was placed in a room with a big box in the middle making the room small I could find the fridge and their was not even a bottle of water in the room. Then we had to be evacuated from the hotel without any suggestions on where we should book. I had to walk down 9 floors ..."
