It is a peaceful 4 bedroom retreat with one of the largest private pools in the area, there is a vast south facing lanai /patio overlooking an inland waterway with expansive water views where you can relax in the beautiful Florida sunshine while watching the wonderful local wildlife, there are five bikes, a 75” TV, all within a seamless indoor-outdoor living area. Located in the peaceful Rotonda West community on Florida's Cape Haze peninsula, this 4-bedroom home features one of the largest domestic pools in the region – nearly 1,000 sq ft – perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or just relaxing with a drink in hand. Whether you’re planning a family holiday, working remotely with a view, or just need a tranquil getaway, this home delivers luxury, space, and serenity. The Home: The villa is a custom home built by Vantage Homes, an award winning south west Florida builder, it was built to a design created by a small international design consultancy and was handed over in 2025\. The house is in fact a five bedroom home but we have chosen to rent just the four guest bedrooms and keep our own special place within the home to ourselves, it's also handy to store some of our own personal belongings whilst we are not there ! We only rent the home when we are are not there and you will have the full home to yourself, there's lots of space to relax both inside and outside, in addition you've got a very large ±1,000 sq ft pool that's L shaped and nearly 60' long to keep you cool on those long hot days, for the cooler days we also include in the rental price the cost of heating the pool to 80 degrees, we can arrange for higher temperatures for a charge. The pool was a great size with nice views of the waterways and wildlife. The kitchen was excellent with all that you need if you wish to dine in and the folding doors can make a fantastic open space, although we didn’t use this facility.
