Needed a quilt on my bed as it only had a sheet so I was happy to receive a quilt and blanket. Heap pump is there but I dont use a heat pump. Parking was secure and very close proximity. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. It would be our preferred accommodation if we visit Whakatane again.
