Clean Room Very helpful staff

This hotel was nice with very friendly and helpful staff, a convenient location right on Lake Lucerne, and (fortunately) later dining was available at a nearby restaurant for takeout. The room was a good size and the shutters helped keep light and noise out. Parking was limited and we had to use a parking garage that required cash in Swiss francs so be aware if you only have euros.

We travel a lot but we have never seen such a nice staff anywhere. Shayan is a sweetheart and extremely nice and helpful. My son was sick and one of staff went out of her way to make kitchen make a soup for him. You don’t see these kind of stuff often. Thank you to all the staff.!
