"Overall I had pretty low expectations given we were just passing through. The room was renovated but lacked in some high end features. The toilet seat was loose and falling off. The check in process was quick but I think because we arrived so late and that was not convenient as they’d called wondering when we would arrive."

"In need of renovations, the fridge was clean, microwave was not . Absolutely in this situation if you are trying to save on lodging you get what you pay for ( although I feel hotel prices are high to begin with) the receptionist was lovely, beds were comfortable . Would I stay here again? Probably not"

"Quiet, comfortable bed, good location. Amazing welcome upon arrival really made the experience great at the start. Welcome bottle of wine was a really nice and unexpected touch too! But then later there was an issue with the tv. It was unplugged for some reason which was odd but whatever. Three remotes in the room and none of them would turn the volume up. After several minutes of frustration I called the front desk and politely asked for some help with it. The response was a big sigh and then to hang up on me. Not cool. "
