Inside, you'll find a comfortable queen bed, a quaint sitting area with a smart tv with Roku, and a fully equipped kitchen-ideal for morning coffee or a simple meal. Full size refrigerator, stacked washer/dryer and apartment sized gas stove. Bathroom has a spacious shower.

Cute, completely fenced yard with a sitting area to relax and let your pet enjoy some fresh air!

Cottage is located in the backyard of the main home, behind a privacy fence. Alley access to the cottage with your own parking. No shared spaces.
