About this property

Premium Studio A w/private yard

  • The studio is very private, cozy and tastefully decorated. It has a queen bed, a futon that turns into a queen bed, full bath, kitchenette with a fridge, two burner table cooktop, a toaster oven, microwave, skillet and utensils. It has two parking spaces. It's great for couples, solo adventurers and dogs with a pet fee.
    The space
    The studio is fully stocked with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. It has excellent Wi-Fi, a private yard with outdoor furniture, a swing, a propane Weber grill and a charcoal grill. Fenced private yard. Parking is in front of the studio. Please do not block the long driveway to studio B. Studio A parking is to the left of the tree. It’s located in a great neighborhood and close to the hospital, restaurants and shopping.
    Guest access enter this black fence with an A on it and you’ll find a bar door with a keypad. Your code will be the last 4 digits of your number.
    Other things to note
    There are two studios side by side. Please do not park in or block the long driveway to studio B. There are two parking spots for studio A in front of the fence..
