🏠🏠 Individual Homes: We own these two identical homes next door to each other, available to rent individually also for smaller groups. Contact us with any questions.  
  
🚗 Driveway, and Road: The road and driveway can be a bit narrow and steep in places. Please drive carefully. You are responsible for your vehicle and any potential damage to it or the landscaping. There is ample space to drive and park, but caution is essential.   
  
🛏️ Occupancy and Fees: This open-concept apartment accommodates a maximum of 22 guests, only when including children. An additional $10 per person/ per night (including kids) will be charged for guests beyond 12.  
  
🚗🔑 Garage Access: Not upkeep for guests, but may be available upon request.  
  
🅿️Parking Limit: Up to 8 regular-sized cars or 4 cars and 2 oversized vehicle.  
  
👶 Infants: We welcome infants, but please note we do not provide outlet plugs, foam guards, a crib, or a pack-n-play.   
  
❄️ A/C & Heat: The thermostat is programmed to reset automatically at 10 AM and 5 PM daily, ensuring efficiency when the home is unoccupied. Feel free to adjust the temperature to your comfort when home.

#### Fantastic place to stay!

This place was absolutely wonderful! We were coming to town for a wedding and need a place for multiple families to stay and this place was perfect. Fantastic houses that were well equipped and had all the amenities we needed. Owners were great and very responsive to any questions we had leading up to our stay and while we were there. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that wanted a worry free stay in a very very nice place. 5 stars all the way around.
