It's quiet, is centrally located in Rossland, has free parking, and is the perfect spot for exploring the West Kootenay Region. There are 2 bedrooms (Queen & Twin, Queen), a full bath, and an open design kitchen/dining/living room with a vaulted ceiling to 14 feet. The views of the Rossland Range are superb out the floor-to-ceiling windows. Guests comment on the comfortable mattresses, high quality linens, the unique granite countertops, and the functional design of the open concept. Other things to note: \*VRBO collects relevant taxes which include GST(5%), PST (8%), and MRDT (3%). \*The base rate is for 1-2 guests. The shelves in the bedrooms are very handy for holding suitcase contents. Very close to all amenities in Rossland and a 5 minute drive to Red Mountain Resort. The property manager Melanie was very responsive and helpful when we tripped a circuit breaker in the great room. Instructions were clear and concise. Red Mountain’s base is less than 10 minutes away, making the property an ideal spot for a ski getaway. The interior is stylish and inviting, with a spacious great room featuring floor-to-ceiling windows. Heated floors and his-and-hers recliners add a cozy touch, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. The covered carport was a bonus, keeping the car snow- and ice-free in the mornings.
