A 3 minute walk to the run, a tennis/pickleball court out front in the summer and an excellent location for Mountain Biking at Red. 1 parking space included in a heated parking garage. This property is beautifully decorated and fully furnished with everything you'll need for a short or long term stay. Open concept kitchen, living and dining is excellent for entertaining, cozy gas fireplace and a large deck with new BBQ and a patio set to enjoy dinner outside. The master bedroom queen bed, ensuite bath with tiled in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and a twin over twin bunk. The shared bathroom has a full tub and insuite laundry. Sorry, no pets. MINIMUM STAY POLICY 3 night minimum stay Christmas holidays, 3 night minimum winter high season, 3 night minimum otherwise.
